The Museum has a growing collection of objects, or artefacts, mainly related to the local area.
Artefacts are catalogued and stored under the following headings:
Clothes; Commemorative China and Pottery; Commercial; Domestic; Education; Medical; Military; Mining; Photographic equipment; Tins; Tools; Toys.
Some of these can be borrowed on short-term loan for displays (e.g. in schools) or as props for Arts or other productions.
